All items will be shipped from our warehouse in Vienna/Austria. We apply only the actual costs, which are calculated at the moment of shipping. The costs depend on the weight of the package.
Only for shipments outside the EU: In case of exportation of the product, it remains the responsibility of the buyer to comply with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination and to pay any duties thereon. Oupin Music shall not be liable for the product’s compliance with import regulations.

How do I return cancelled or damaged goods?
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 working days of delivery. We cannot accept cancellations for any CDs, LPs, and DVDs where the sealed packaging has been broken or removed. We are also not able to accept any cancellations for Digital Download purchases. If you wish to return the goods, you should wrap the item securely and include the packing slip you received with the order. Send the item back to us within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. IMPORTANT: Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your return- shipment and await our instructions. This will dramatically speed up the handling and an eventual refund. Returns made without prior authorization may be rejected.
